IKEA SANDKATT highchair with tray
Padded budget chair with tray
Rated to 15 kg and 3 years, with a removable tray and a safety belt included. The fabric cover zips off and goes in the wash. The NHS says to use a 5-point harness in a highchair, so check this belt against that, or ask at the store.
